All orders are shipped with USPS Priority. Standard processing time for hair orders is within 7–10 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and includes any necessary details such as apartment numbers, as no address changes can be made after purchase. There are no refunds for abandoned or refused shipments. Once your package has been received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for delivery issues. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office directly. Route protection is automatically added to all orders. If you choose to opt out of route protection, your package will not be covered in the event of loss or theft.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. A 10% fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover merchant fees. If you receive your hair and decide to return it, you have 72 hours from the time of delivery to do so. After 72 hours, we will not be able to process a refund. To qualify for a refund, the hair must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the ties intact. Refunds will not be accepted for hair that has been installed or altered in any way. Please note that clip-ins, tape-ins, and wigs are non-refundable. Hair care instructions are provided to all customers, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow proper care to maintain the quality of their extensions.
Each bundle is priced individually. The listed price reflects one bundle of 100% raw, unprocessed hair. For a full look, please refer to the bundle guide below to help determine how many bundles you’ll need for your desired length and volume.
For lengths between 12–16 inches, we recommend two bundles. For 18–24 inches, three bundles are ideal, and for 26–32 inches, four bundles will provide the fullest, most luxurious look.
